Warranty

Illuminati Snowboards are guaranteed against manufacturer defects. This Warranty includes problems related to the construction of the board such as delamination and does not include intentional or unintentional breakage, or defects do to misuse of the product. If something is wrong with the construction of your Illuminati Board, Send it back. For more details see our warranty.pdf

redeeming Gift certificates

To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate number during checkout.

Promotion codes

The Illuminati promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process. Simply enter your promotion code in the appropriate field and continue the checkout process. Your promotion or discount will be reflected in your order summary.

At this time, we accept orders from the United States, APO addresses, and most European Union countries. We also ship to Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other countries as well. The Illuminati LLC accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, Paypal, and Money Orders. We do not accept cash or CODs.

The Illuminati offers a number of shipping options for delivery within the United States and most EU countries using Federal Express (FedEx) and United States Postal Service (USPS). During checkout you will see the available shipping options and pricing for delivery to your shipment address. Unless your order contains an item that is backordered or a pre-order item, in most cases your order will ship within 24 hours of your order (Monday through Friday). When your order ships, you will notified by email including the shipment information: tracking number and estimated date of delivery. For the security of your shipment, all deliveries by default require a signature. You can choose to waive this signature requirement and/or provide any other special delivery instructions during checkout.

Take advantage of free ground shipping for purchases of $150 or more placed on illuminatisnowboards.com to be shipped within the continental USA. Just check out like normal and if the total of your purchases is $150 or more, the system will automatically include a free shipping option. The value of your order must total $150 before shipping and tax. Offer valid for purchases to be shipped within the continental USA. No “rain checks” on out of stock items, but the offer is good for pre-order items. To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. Offer expires at midnight January 31, 2006 MT.

returns and exchanges

At The Illuminati, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, within 30 days of receipt you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is returned in a saleable condition.

To request a return authorization simply print this return form (PDF) / (HTML) and follow the instructions on it:

• If you would like to return an item for any reason (you are not completely satisfied or you received a wrong item) you may return it within 30 days of your receipt.
• The item must be returned in original saleable condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
• Please contact us first to receive a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without this number.
• For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Illuminati LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
• After we have received your return and processed it, you will be refunded for the cost of the items and any applicable sales tax.
• Shipping and gift wrap charges are not refundable.
• Your should see your refund within one or two billing cycles on your credit card statement.
